The development, estimated at 80,000 m², includes residential buildings, office spaces, numerous retail outlets, hotels with extensive conference and spa facilities, as well as public amenities such as a cinema and an art gallery.
An important aspect of the concept is the passageways with a publicly accessible square and landscape architecture that highlights each functional zone. Classic elements known as “soft boundaries,” such as arcades and pergolas, have been used in creating the public space, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with its surroundings.
