Ideal place for growth
This modern business park consists of nine class A office buildings spread over a six-hectare plot. The complex is characterised by low-rise buildings, a large share of green areas and a vast range of amenities adjusted to the tenants’ needs, such as a canteen, medical centre, kindergarten, fitness club and other service points. As a natural extension of the workplace, relaxation zones featuring a basketball and volleyball court were created in the garden. The project was designed and built in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction. Energy-saving cooling, optimally planned sunlight access, high quality finishings and lots of green areas create superior work comfort. Business Garden Poznan was awarded the LEED Platinum certification.
